Yes. It is a working account, not a 14-day demo. No card. Limits are small — 50 active dialogs per 30 days, one channel, one automation, one CRM integration.
A unique contact with an inbound message and an ITYMAN reply in the last 30 days. A broadcast with no reply, or an inbound with no reply from us, does not count. Repeat messages from the same person do not open a new dialog. The window is rolling.
Per message. ₽50 is usually enough to test an AI agent. After that it follows dialog volume: hundreds of rubles a month for some teams, thousands for others. There is no yearly pack.
Yes. A WhatsApp channel is +₽500 per month. It counts toward the plan’s channel limit: on Start it is the only channel, on Basic — one of five.
