Here is how the list was built — and what a guest sees inside the bot.
Where subscribers came from
Instagram*. A promo post pinned to Stories highlights — a steady path into the bot.
Table tents with a QR. Waiters explained the deal in one line. From tables — 10–20 signups a day.
Reels with “khinkali as a gift for a subscribe” and a code word in comments. The account had about 2,000 followers; videos reached 9,000 views.
Those channels alone brought 670 subscribers in 2 months. No media buy — work with what the cafe already had.
Later they added coupons and flyers with the same gift-for-subscribe offer.
Bot menu
A guest can watch a cafe video, download a PDF menu, book a table (the phone goes to the host — the liveliest button), open contacts and deals.
Deals also go out in Korean — the cafe serves a bilingual room.
